Will the repository get service updates?

Yes. Your organizations repository will be seamlessly updated when new features become available both from within the DSpace community and from our own development team. We will inform you of all updates before they go live and provide relevant updated training material.

Do you offer any training material?

Yes, we do. We will send administrators both administrator and user manuals, and our support team is on hand to assist with further advice. It is also possible to arrange for further training over the phone.

Is your customer support 24/7?

No, it only covers normal UK working hours (09.00 – 18:00 GMT Mon - Fri).
